Cooperation with medical giant for more than 10 years. HMIs and thin clients meet GMP and FDA requirements and optimise production. More than 500 units are already installed.
Blue Line delivers HMI operator panels to one of the world leading manufacturers of pharmaceutical products – with factories in Europe, South America, North America and Asia. The cooperation was established in connection with the medical giant’s challenges of finding IT hardware that both met the regulatory requirements as well as the need for process optimisation with e.g. SCADA and MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
Blue Line’s HMIs are selected standard units in every production of the customer around the globe. The HMIs are integrated in walls, mounted on walls and on production- and packaging machines in the customer’s cleanroom in production plants in i.a. USA, China, Brazil, France, Russia and Denmark.
Optimised production – more than 500 installations
Blue Line has delivered more than 500 thin clients and HMIs to among others SCADA and MES in the sizes 19” and 21.5”. The cooperation has run for more than 10 years. Niels Pedersen, the Blue Line CEO, says: ‘In cooperation with our customer, we have customized our products and agreements in order to accommodate all requirements regarding IT, automation, environment, regulatory requirements, service and quality’.
