If your product needs service or repair, please follow these steps before sending your product to Blue Line:

Clean all parts requiring repair thoroughly
Ensure parts are free from toxic and other harmful materials
Back up any data on the device, if possible (Blue Line cannot provide backup assistance or assume responsibility for any potential data loss)
Fill out the form below. Once completed, we will review the information and then issue you a 5-digit Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
