All Blue Line Cleanroom Computers and HMIs for the biotech and pharmaceutical industries are consciously designed after the strictest interpretation of the EU GMP classification for cleanroom A-B-C-D, as well as FDA and ISO 14644. They are crafted from stainless steel grade 1.4301/AISI 304 or 1.4401/AISI 316L 304, finished with smooth sides, rounded edges and a flat, smooth front.
Easy to Disinfect and Keep Sterile
Blue Line Cleanroom Computers and HMIs are also IP65 water and dust proof withstanding all known cleaning detergents as iso-propyl alcohol, non-deionized water, VHP, Spor-Klenz™, Klercide, Actisan, LpH®, Vesphene® and more. This controls the risk of contamination and meets the newest amendment to the EU GMP regulation.

These cleanroom touchscreens provide sharp and clear images, which enhances the overall user experience and reduces errors. All Blue Line’s cleanroom products allow operation with gloves. They are compatible with various layers of gloves and a combination of cotton gloves and nitrile/latex/silicone gloves. It is also possible to combine with thicker safety gloves.
Cleanroom Keyboards for Seamless Operation
Optional are integrated and cleanable keyboards that also can be operated wearing cleanroom gloves. This option is chosen by most customers because traditional keyboards cannot be cleaned completely without compromising regulatory requirements in cleanrooms. The surface of the keyboard is either membrane or secure Gorilla® touch glass that is completely flat and can be completely disinfected with no compromises.
