BAADER required HMI solutions that could withstand frequent high-pressure washdowns, exposure to cleaning agents, and demanding daily operation in fish and poultry processing facilities.

At the same time, the solution needed to integrate seamlessly into existing processing equipment while supporting modern operating systems and improved system performance.

Solution: Hygienic stainless steel HMI platform

Working closely with BAADER, Blue Line developed 13.3″, 15.6″ and 21.5″ stainless steel HMIs designed specifically for hygienic food production.

Manufactured in AISI 316L stainless steel and tested according to IP69K standards, the HMI platform withstands intensive cleaning procedures while supporting reliable operation. Smooth surfaces, rounded edges, and a flush front simplify cleaning and help maintain hygienic production environments.

The new HMI platform also provides improved performance, support for modern Windows operating systems, and a future-ready solution without requiring changes to BAADER’s existing machine design.
