We are now looking for a Site Manager & Technical Sales Manager to join and strengthen our Norwegian team (preferably based in the Oslo area). In this role, you will take ownership of your own customer portfolio while contributing to the continued growth of Blue Line in Norway and across the Nordics. You will combine your technical insight with commercial drive to guide customers, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored computing solutions that become essential parts of their systems. 

This is a key position within Blue Line Nordic, reporting directly to the CEO, and offering great influence on both customer success and business development.

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and improve existing and potential customer relationships to ensure that Blue Line consistently meet requirements and expectations. 
  • Develop, submit, and manage quotations – technically, contractually, and commercially – involving all necessary activities needed from prospect to contract. 
  • Follow up enquiries and successfully negotiate contracts directly with customers. 
  • Present our products to all levels within customer organisations. 
  • Maintain comprehensive customer and enquiry records and collate market intelligence and share internally. 
  • Thoroughly understand our selected vertical market segments and key customers. 
  • Represent Blue Line at key trade events and industry relevant conferences/seminars. 
  • Contribute to Blue Line’s overall strategy and business development.

  • Build a valuable network of contacts and relationships and utilize it to achieve set goals. 
  • Act as a strong team player and contribute to creating a good working environment within the local department and the company. 

Your qualifications:

  •  A strong commercial mindset, great analytical skills, and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills with good understanding of contractual terms and conditions. 
  • A higher education degree is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered a qualification. 
  • Knowledge of the embedded computing industry and relevant industry trends. You should also have a good understanding of the drivers, needs, and requirements of our different vertical customers. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships at all levels and take part in cross-functional projects and task forces. 
  • Fluency in written and spoken Norwegian and English.
