Blue Line is a successful European manufacturer of high-quality IT hardware for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. We already serve several world-leading clients in the US and are now expanding our presence with a new office in Raleigh, NC.
We’re looking for an energetic and organized Office Manager to help us build and run our US operations. This is a unique opportunity to become a key member of a growing team and to play a central role in our American expansion. You’ll work closely with the sales team, marketing, and technical departments to manage daily operations, support customers, and help drive continued growth.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our Raleigh office
- Handle inbound sales and provide outstanding customer service
- Manage order processing and follow-up
- Coordinate with our headquarters in Denmark
- Support the field sales team with quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
- Qualify and screen new customer leads
- Maintain data in ERP and CRM systems
- Coordinate logistics and handle shipments and deliveries
- Organize travel, trade shows, and events
What you bring:
- Experience in customer service and inside sales
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Service-minded, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, flexible, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Interest in IT technology and working in a fast-paced environment
